Toyota Motor mentioned it experienced teamed up with five Chinese companies to advertise the use of hydrogen gasoline mobile powertrains in China’s professional auto sector.
A new joint undertaking, named United Gasoline Cell Technique R&D (Beijing) Organization, has been established with the aim of adapting and developing technological innovation for hydrogen gasoline mobile professional motor vehicles and connected refueling infrastructure in China.
The corporation, with paid up funds of JPY5bn (US$46m), is owned sixty five% by Toyota Motor, fifteen% by SinoHytec and five% by each of FAW Group, Beijing Automotive Group, GAC Motor and Dongfeng Motor.
Toyota China CEO Tatsuro Ueda mentioned in a statement “this is the initial hydrogen gasoline mobile R&D corporation to be established overseas by Toyota and it has an essential strategic significance”.
